Zone Déploiement

In times of change, time is a precious resource that should not be wasted. It is thus important to have access to all the necessary and relevant information to better understand and experience the transformations. Whether from the end-user point of view or the teams’ in charge of managing the platform, the experience must be lived in a positive way.

The mission our partner offered us to take on? Deploy a personalized platform that would allow their teams to implement more than 100 digital solutions per year in a network of more than 200 agencies.

A major challenge, requiring overcoming several communication and organizational challenges:

  • An employee journey that was not designed to facilitate the transition between the project implementation center and the branch network
  • A platform in use that did not promote employee autonomy to manage the various projects and did not keep a history
  • An interface that did not collect enough information to provide relevant feedback
  • A tool that did not generate any flow of activities to optimize user monitoring and retention.

Our solution

After analyzing the needs of our client's, our Web and Mobile Studio created the Zone Déploiement, an intelligent portal, accessible and centralizing all the information.

The Zone Déploiement is a Web interface offering, at a glance, an integrated view of upcoming, ongoing and completed deployments, as well as the documentation required to carry them out. In this way, branch transformations and adoption of new tools are facilitated, the environment and user satisfaction are enhanced, and interactions are monitored and measured to ensure sound management of activities. We observe an optimal management of tasks in real time and the reinforcement of the exchanges of good practices between all the participants, made possible thanks to the use of an intuitive dashboard.
