Having international visibility is a major strategic issue for an organization. Opening a kiosk in the heart of an airport therefore offers a unique opportunity to achieve this objective while focusing on an exceptional customer experience.
Penega had the privilege to collaborate with our partner Desjardins in the design and layout of the brand-new Desjardins Odyssey Lounge at Montreal-Trudeau airport.
This project led us to develop the interface of interactive terminals placed in two Desjardins kiosks, at gates 51 and 63 of the airport's new international gates.
Our team also designed a promotional video presented in kiosks, in addition to working on the technological and cinematographic development of virtual reality glasses for use by passers-by.
Our objective? Give current and potential customers an immersive journey and a virtual tour of the Desjardins Odyssey Lounge. To make it as memorable as possible, we have also developed transportable virtual reality glasses, a promotional item given to new customers that will allow them to leave with part of their experience at the Desjardins kiosk.
We are proud of this lounge, which stands out for its warm and refined layout, creating a space with a relaxed atmosphere and with more than 230 seats.
