A customer's personal information may be shared with Penega’s contractors and service providers, for services such as hosting and data processing.
In such circumstances, Penega requires that they do not use this information for any other purpose than to provide the service in question.
These contractors and service providers must also undertake to take all necessary measures to protect personal information during the period of service provision. To the extent that some of Penega's contractors and service providers are located abroad, and although Penega requires contractual clauses relating to the protection of the personal information of its customers, it remains subject to the requirements of foreign laws which could legally compel the disclosure of these.
