Company executives were able to access the application from their mobile device, which simplified the management of incidents across our client's various business areas, in addition to providing a real-time view of Status.

This new solution integrates a wide selection of technological systems in order to consolidate all the data from the different business sectors. Incidents are documented, prioritized, escalated, and tagged for later management and follow-up. Instant alerts can be sent to all relevant parties when a change is made, and are used to create summaries that are emailed to executives to build comprehensive reports.
