The last few years have raised an awareness and a desire to contribute to the economic well-being of the province, in addition to the pre-existing desire to eat healthily.
By collaborating with the Union des Producteurs agricoles (UPA), we brought together these two trends in a single project, and we have help serve Quebec farmers by facilitating access to their products.
With the Mangeons local plus que jamais app, consumers locate the closest Quebec farms selling products directly to consumers with geolocation.
The consumer can thus build a personalized circuit to get supplies and even take advantage of the activities available specific to each destination. This tailor-made route can be saved in the favorites to be consulted at any time. The route is clearly represented on the interactive map, displaying the estimated distance and time to each destination.
