Comprehensive Marketing Campaign
Our mission was to improve LASIK MD's brand image and awareness by addressing fears related to laser surgery. Therefore, we created attractive, colourful and clear multichannel pieces while maintaining LASIK MD's branding. In a relationship marketing context, we defined five client profiles and adapted the pieces with variables. Demonstrating the client’s past on the cover by a negative imagery (foggy, dirty glasses, contact lenses), they revealed the future after a laser surgery on the inside (positive imagery, freedom). The pieces had to incite patients to visit one of the clinics and the Website. For this purpose, rewards and discounts were offered based on the client profile.
