Open House at Pénéga

On January 29th was held the Open House Day, an event initiated by the Association of Creative Communication Agencies (A2C) and designed specifically for college and university students. This activity was a great opportunity to help them learn about the universe of a marketing agency, and our team was more than happy to prepare a few challenges for this special day.

 

Starting with an elevator pitch, our visitors had one minute to say their piece and try to impress us with their personality. The results were published on our Facebook page and the students are now competing in a friendly war to get people to like their profile. The contestant who garners the most support will have the opportunity to participate in a three-week internship with Pénéga!

 

The students also worked in teams on real marketing cases, where they had to brainstorm and present their best ideas to management. Needless to say, we were very impressed by their level of creativity.

 

At the end of their tour, they were invited to meet employees and ask all their questions on the reality of the daily work in an agency. In total, about thirty students visited Pénéga and had the opportunity to share our universe for a day. A truly rewarding experience, for them as much as for us!
